We bought an item at Ultimate Electronics applied for credit there . We received credit for item with interest free for 15 months.
We made payments and bought other items during this time period. Now that the 15 months are up I was going to send in what was left on original purchase to avoid the finance charge. Then came the bombshell . Everything else was getting paid off and nothing was going towards our original purchase. Now they will be adding a $654 finance charge to our account.
There is no choice as to what payment goes to?
maybe we should have been told don't buy anything else using us or we will screw you.
