This company has kept my account open following pay this off, and now it reflects a line of credit I have which I cancelled. They suck and are out to screw you! Oh, yeah, and how the hell can you get your paypal account cancelled?!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Why would they close act ?
AUTHOR: Brad - (U.S.A.)

I find it odd - you feel that any retailer card would close AUTOMATICALLY - after you pay it off -
From what i gather- you bought a pr of glasses - opened a credit act in pearl (which was finianced thru GE - ) - AND YOU PD OFF THE GLASSES and you wonder why the act was not closed automatically?
where do you get these ideas - ? I Have NEVER heard of any line of credit being closed by anyone else but the card holder?
Did u think this was a simple interest loan - >? I am sure they must have told you - u where approved for a credit line up to xyz $$
appears some do not read the contacts very well - if not at all -
did you ask - when u opened the act ? or look at the statement they must have billed you with ?
i guess most folks like to play the blame game
