We signed an agreement on Febraury 20 with Geekpak to redeisgn our website and add several features to our website. After 13 weeks only 10% of the work has been completed even though geek pack has collect 50% of the project fee of $10,000.00. We agreed to 6 weeks. several weeks of trying to find out what was happening with the project but no one returned my calls.

I made an urgent call to their office and insisted on speaking to Jamie Kemmerer on Monday May 12, 2008 to discuss why the project still has not been completed after almost 13 weeks, why no one will return my phone calls or e-mails, why his guys are trying to get my credit card information in order to bill me extra. Jamie answered me and said this is a $35,000.00 project, and we are trying to help you. I can only work on your project after paying projects are completed. That is what pays the bills not your $10,000.00 project. I told Jamie how this project has wasted my time, how we are loosing revenue, paying on services which are not used. We agreed to a project with specific requirements for $10,000.00. I further told him how that less than 10% of the work has been done but they have collected 50% of the fee and we are now 7 weeks after the project should have have been 100% completed. I asked him to return my money.

The following day, May 13, 2008, I wrote Jamie Kremmer an e-mail letter that we are ending our relationship and asked for a full refund of our money and the reasons why. Here are the reasons; Lack of clear end date of project, timeliness, lack of project status feedback, inconsistent reports from employees and lack of actual work done on this project after almost 13 weeks. That less than 10% of work has been done out of 100% of the project requirements.

On May 20, 2008 at 3:11 PM, I received an e-mail from Mr. Kremmer on why his firm is not going to give us any refund. One of the reasons he provided is that I ignored the actual cost of the project from the beginning which he believes should be $35,000.00 and that presently we are owning them an additional $3,980.00. He also claimed that they sent me an invoice for another $2500 which I have not paid on April 13 (invoice # 72) This I did not receive.
