We too received very poor ervice from this company. Upon initial contact, they appeared to be all over it. We had a "mock site" done in about 3 days but it was horrible. We emailed over 40 times to get it right and they never fixed anything. Fortunately, we were not "ripped off" because they never collected any money from us.

They continued to email back saying 'we will have it done by tomorrow' or by Monday I will have a proof for you. It was very weird because they never asked for their fee. This company is horrible.
