They hold onto your order so they can charge you rush charges, let me explain a little better lets say you have a event in 2 weeks they hold your order for a week and then call it a rush charge, so they can charge you 150 more on the order and over night shipping charges, Donna Taylor Credit Manager was the worst to deal with she was very defiante and would argue at any expense. I would not buy anything from GEMACO, they sell playing cards and are a rip off big Time.
