Gene was very personable and said it was very straight forward with no hiddden fees. He promised a $500.00 prepaid visa by signing up for $875. and a no-fee prepaid visa program.
All lies to reel yo in. Never got the visa, he promised it was coming, never arrived. He called about every other day when trying to sign me up. Now can't talk to him on phone. He won't return calls or take my call. The fees on my last statement equat to about 25% of processed charges. STEER CLEAR!
