General Food & Drinks Ltd Nicholas Humes a international online scammer Fraud Internet Birmingham United Kingdom Internet

We found this wholesaler/importer(as stated on his website) on Alibaba.com. We required the importation of the chicken feet to Vietnam for our company to process. Firstly we ask this Nicholas Humes company directly can he facilitate this( to which he said he could). we placed our first order for chicken feet on 15th of january, he required 31387.50 dollars deposit( which was 30 percent of the entire deal) before he could precede with our order( we transferred by International Telegraphic Transfer Payment) .

so 6 months later, we have not received one single chicken foot at our company in Vietnam and Nicholas Humes has had our 31387.50 dollars for 6 months. we have had to enjoy Mr Humes various excuses of failed suppliers and fake suppliers, chicken feet shipped, chicken feet not shipped, then  it is illegal to ship chicken feet to Vietnam. as you can imagine after 6 months of getting nowhere we are at the end of our tether.For 6 months we have suffered various excuses as stated above, we have asked for full refund of our deposit and Mr Humes has being very evasive in his response.

his company address of 28 Kingscliff Road appears to be no more than a small house according to google maps and when we personally went to visit his offices at which point we felt it was not a company at all. As far as I know, including me there are already 3 people have reporting the same problem which suffered his online scams.
