I have never in my life dealt with people who lie so much that it was coming out of their ears. They wanted someone to take over their company for an astronomical price. They also never disclosed what they owed to other process servers. They are liars and frauds and you shouldn't pick them to serve any documents. Speaking of serving documents, they like to hold on to them for a while until they feel like serving them. They don't like to pay, or pick up the phones. So be careful!!!
