Genesis Title Company Total liars and cheats Brandon Florida

I've been doing business with Genesis for well over 8 years, even when they were in the small office by SR60. They have always been SUPER FAST with title searches and closings. As an investor timing is important to protect my deals, Genesis has delivered everytime, bar none. Unfortunately, the last large transaction i did with another title company owned by a local attorney. The Seller chose the title company not I, what a disaster! I called Ron and asked him to pull title on the deal and get ready to close it instead. Ron was ready to go in 24hrs!!! Needless to say the other attorney owned title company got their act together when i told them Genesis was ready willing and able to get the deal done! Whoever filed this report is a fool. I've done a lot of real Estate in Tampa Bay and highly suggest calling Ron. They are excellent and have VERY reasonable fees!  - Shri Prashad

I've been doing business with this company for 8+ years and they have always been one of the most efficient companies i've dealt with, plus they have the lowest rates for title services. Whoever wrote this ripoff report is mentally unstable or a competitor. Sorry but as an ivestor this is my title company of choice. Rons demeanor is VERY passive, to visualize him blowing up is a joke.

I've done business with this company for over eight years. I closed a sale on 8/11/08 (216 W. Wheeler Rd, Seffner) and have another one scheduled for 8/19/08. I have never had a problem with this title company and have closed over 35 transactions, if not more, with them. They are one of three title companies that I choose to do business with. Ron and Roxanne are both helpful, friendly and accessable by phone or in person. They have no problem answering title theory and proceedure questions even though I am a direct competitor in the Short Sale negotiating realm. This complaint lacks of specifics and contains comments about the staff that I find baseless. Sincerely, Mike Stott, Palm Bay Properties.
