This is the biggest rip off I have ever witnessed. I filled out a survey for Kaiser then this ad came up for a watch as a thank you for 1.00 plus $4.99 for shipping and handling NO FINE PRINT . They billed my account 88.99 after already billing me the $5.99 They asked if I read the fine print? Their was no fine print even that came with the cheap watch they sent. Never would I authorize a payment in that amount for a watch I had never seen in person!!!This is outrageous, I want my money back I am reporting it to my bank as an unauthorized charge to my account!!
