Genoteq Claims Investigations Terrible Insurance Company Baton Rouge LA

Genoteq is the insurance company that Hyrecar uses. They have many complaints with the BBB. If you read them, they are all the same, they won't pay or call you back. We have been trying to get our money for over 8 months. They use another (loser) company named Snapsheet. When you rent your car on Hyrecar and the renter has an accident you have to get pictures to Snapsheet of the damage on the car and from the pictures they tell Genoteq how much they think it should cost to fix and then TRY TO GET WHAT IT REALLY COSTS TO FIX YOUR CAR FROM GENOTEQ. We have had to deal with them twice and what a nightmare!!

First time Snapsheet said it would only cost about $700.00 to fix the car. We took it to 2 different car repair shops. One said $4,000.00 to fix and the other said he could do it for $2,900.00. After fighting with Genoteq for months they just totaled the car and paid us $2,300.00. This time they said it should be about $1,800.00 to fix the car but because they can't see in the pictures that the radiator is cracked and got pushed into the A/C compressor and broke the water pump they don't want to pay the $3,100.00 it cost to fix the car so it is drivable. Good luck if you ever have to deal with either of these compainies.
