Genticore Ripp Off geneticore.net Internet

I ordered a trial bottle of genticore boost which never arrived and still hasn't, ordered 26th September, its now 23rd October. There is supposed to be a 14 day trial, which I have not had as I have not received the product. After the 2 weeks they removed $131 and $133 from my account. When I questioned them, I was told that I hadn't cancelled and was therefore charged for the product. I explained that I had not yet received the product and could not have had a trial of the products yet. They don't care and after several emails back and forth, they have offered me 25% refund of the money they have taken and offered to reship the products to me.
