We recently completed two projects for Gentry Construction, one per contract and one per daily pay, and have not received payment for them. Approximately one(1) month ago we completed the above mentioned projects and have yet to receive payment.
All we have gotten are harassing phone calls with wild claims of theft on our part. Local authorities are involved yet they are still leaving messages claiming to have filed reports and are in the process of having us arrested(except police detectives do not work on weekend, their words).
They are also advertising on websites as being licensed remodelers/builders and this is not the case. They do have a paid membership with TRCC (a paid membership organization that is in place to assist homeowners) but not state licensed.
I am most upset over the false claims of having stolen over $1500.00 worth of tools and materials.
They have over $1600.00 they have not paid.(theft of services)
