George is capable of doing good work, but make sure to NOT pay him in advance. My home has boarded up window openings that were to be filled with new windows paid for up front over two months ago. Always a delay, always an excuse. Do I wait for him to complete or pay someone else? DO NOT pay him up front!

How refreshing! Although the project ran over by several months, George honored his promise DESPITE a severe physical impairment that pretty much put him out of commission. His crew did manage to finish once he was able to provide limited supervision, thereby providing a quality product and excellent workmanship. You can trust him to do what he promises, but sometimes patience is necessary.
