George Bloom Finance Solutions of America LLC George Bloom Fraudulent "Due Diligence" fee with promise of refunds never given for "private equity mortgage" BOCA RATON, Florida

In end of March/first part of April I was contacted by Mr. George Bloom who offered that he could "no problem" obtain a private equity loan for the home we were staying in.  I described (in detail) my situation and was told that he would be able to do it.  All he needed was a refundable $950 "due diligence" fee to be sent to him and he'd get it done in "plenty" of time.

By the middle of May he claimed he was unable to obtain the financing and would indeed send a refund.  He then promptly changed his phone number, and moved from his business address... no new numbers are available anywhere.

His email remained the same, but his responses were only more lies as claims that checks and wires were sent or being sent.  The last communication with him was in July 16th when he claimed by the following money a wire would be sent the following Monday.

That date has come and gone and all attempts to contact him have been met with silence.

I have (as of last night and today) filed complaints with the State of Florida's Attorney General, the BBB, and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (who claims that he is not a licensed broker with their offices, therefore he is misrepresenting who and what he is).

I will likely begin Civil actions against him in the coming days, seeking further damages due to his continued fraud and the extra costs incurred by me due to his lies.
