Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought three small items on an online auction.The auction company tried to charge me $22.00 for shipping.The items could of easly fit in a small envelope.I refused to pay that outlandish charge. They then raised the shipping charge to $30.00 to punnish me.
Some of the online auction companys are trying to reinvent the auction process. The auction company refuses to send back my money. GEORGE ROMAN AUCTIONEER CO. IS A RIPOFF BAD BUISNESS. They are located at 22 W. Main St. Canfield, Ohio 44406.

What you reported is normal in online auction business. They actually make money off shipping fees. I hope you learn from this and understand that you should try to get information about their ToS before you get into it.
I agreed in one part that the company is a rip off because they did not have a clear ToS on their website. This is a shady part of service if they don't have one ready. Anyone who wants to buy an item from online must look for ToS and read it first. It could help one making a decision whether to join the auction.
