Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In March I ordered the complete Harry Potter DVD boxed set for $29.98. Transaction went through and I received a confirmation email. The money came out of my account in two days. I am submitting this report on April 12 and my order still says processing. My card has been charged and i have no merchandise. Website has no phone number, the number listed on my credit card transaction is disconnected and they do not return email. Still look like they are accepting orders for merchandise. This website is a scam! STAY AWAY

As of today, I have not been able to contact them. I placed an order 4/9/12. I did not receive the DVD's nor have I been able to contact the company. I just filed a report with my credit card company. They are going to try to contact them.
I sent an email to the address listed and it came back saying that their box was full.
I tried the live chat and was told that it could not be set up because it could not detect my email address for the computer that I was using.
They are looking rather suspicious.
