We bought two new Lexus is250's from Germain Lexus, and we bought extended warranties at the same time. These warranties are refundable, and can even be prorated.
Long story short, we sold our cars (because they were disappointments) and requested refunds for the warranty. We received one, but not the other,so we're out $2,150.
Repeated emails to Germain Lexus, and even Lexus corporate office have had no results. We don't have a phone, but we do have email, but nobody will contact us back.
Even when we had the cars, the service was horrendous. We have never felt so uncared-about as customers in our lives.
Stay away from these junk cars made by Toyota. They're overpriced junk, and you're likely to be sold all kinds of 'add-ons' that you don't need, and if you try to get a refund, well... good luck.
Fortunately, I found a law practice that specializes in these cases, and will be filing suit against Germain next week.

What is wrong with not having a phone? I don't have one, either. And by choice.

Two luxury cars but no phone. That's rather odd.

EXTENDED warranty.

EXTENDED warranty. As in beyond the length of the original factory warranty.
Because I don't feel that normal warranty is sufficient.
Because it was 'strongly suggested' we purchase the EXTENDED warranty.
Hope that clarifies. Sorry, I don't have time to play semantics all day.

Why?

You said you bought two "NEW" cars. New cars come with a factory warranty. Why would you buy an additional warranty???
