Northern bath tissue has reduced the size of their roll. I emailed and complained and recieved an email stating the exact same thing as the previous ripoff report. I said "what, do you think we're all stupid not to notice? And, it looks rediculous on the toilet paper holder everyone will have to adjust their holder to accommodate your toilet paper". Not going to happen. They lost another customer. What a way to run a business.
