Getitnowdvd.com - tvpast.com I ordered the Mission Impossible box set to send to hubby and friends in Iraq. getitnowdvd took the order,tvpast took the money. No product was sent,no refund. Just excuses. Won't even answer e-mail now. Internet

I placed an order with getitnowdvd for the entire boxed set of Mission Impossible to send to friends in Iraq in March of this year.
Tvpast took the money out of our account about 4 days later. After 30 e-mails filled with excuses and demands for a reciept? of what i still have no idea.
We have recieved no more answers to e-mails in over a month. No dvd's and most of all no refund.

I so ordered from tvpast.com and also have had no response from the company since 5/2/08. I suggest you do as I did. File a report with the attorney general's office of your state consumer protection and like my state did they forwarded my complaint to the Virginia attorney generals office. The more complaints the get of theft and fraud concerning this company and all the names they use, the more they will help the consumers get their money back. I have been asking for a refund since 5/2/08 never got it. We all need to stick together as victims.
