I received an email from this company and emailed them from the "Contact Us" link on their website for more information (specifically, asking what they had to say about this posting.) It says on their FAQ page the following:

"GetPaidForOpinions is a division of the Internet Products Group, LLC. Our address is 2030 Main St., Suite 130 Irvine, CA 92614"

You can also attempt emailing them at: CustomerService@GetPaid4Opinions.com

I don't know if that name or address is legitimate, but since you said there was no address or way to get in touch with them, I figured I would pass that info along.
