I have been charged $23.98 for a video I never ordered and now their website (mravideo.com) cannot be found and I cannot locate a phone number for them. If this cannot be resolved, my attorney will contacted. Unauthorized charges constitute fraud.

MRA VIdeo number and options

That number 323-965-8710, I have MCI residential and I'm not charged that much but I understand everyone else is different. You just press 0 or a certain option and speak to a live voice. Heres a solution for everyone.
When it comes on Echannel don't order. The only other solution is ask the sales people if the call is being taped. And if anyone calls up MRA ask them if the call is being taped. They refuse to send a me a copy of cancellation. I think thats rude but I got my way. The only other thing is ignore the commercial.

Pay attention to what !!!!

What do you need to pay attention to?
I have bought the videos in the past. On the credit card companies, they are getting familiar with the routine the way the company is doing business.
I have contacted four card companies and explained of whats going on. The only way out is money order. The MRA people can't find any info onto where the consumer is by way of credit card and can't get personal info.
The other way of stopping this fraud are for the girls on different campuses are to tell the camera people not to show them and say their privacy is being invaded. I find that a lot of women on these tapes are rude and obnoxious, as well as being drunk.

I too ordered videos...

In response to the previous statement, I thought was a pretty rude answer: "don't order porn off the tv"...I think that it's perfectly fine if the company actually lives up to their name and their credibility.
I ordered Girls Gone Wild and was supposed to get Dormroom Fantasies as a bonus for using my credit card. The lady at the 800 number you order from (which is an inbound call center with no affiliation to GGW) told me I was getting that bonus videos, so basically, 2 DVDS for $24 or something like that. Well a month later (longer then the shipping date told), I get one video in Dormroom Fantasies 2. Not even the original GGW included, I am no doubt heated. And when you call the long distance "customer service" number which isn't even toll free, you just end up navigating through menus with no live operators. I think in a way it's a scam, they can send you anything but if there's a problem, there's no one to talk to to fix it, and my lawyer too will be contacted, because for these people making f-cking millions on it, the least they could do is send the right video; the charges to my credit card have been made, the goods have not been rendered, and they are legally responsible to deliver the goods. If this isn't resolved soon, I shall also contact my lawyer, and some hotshot isn't gonna be rude to me and shoot me down.

Pay Attention

GGW/MRA Video is not a scam. If you pay attention to the commercial they clearly state that other videos will be sent to you. Also, the website is not MRAVideo.Com...Its GirlsGoneWild.Com...They post thier address as well as phone number so that they can be contacted. If you dont want people to charge things to your credit card then dont order porn off the television. Also, if you dont like the video sell it for twice its worth on Ebay. Just my 2 cents.
