I am receiving adult videos at my house addressed to my minor child. My son and I are the only people living in the household. My debit/credit card is being charged twice a month in the amount of 24.98 each.

I do not know how they got my debit card info nor my son's name. I do not watch or allow porn in my house and certainly do not want to pay for them. I do not know how to send them back.

I want a full refund for all the months they have charged me and I want to get rid of the videos. I am a single mother and cannot afford this to be happening.

Is there any way of charging them with a criminal act. It is against the law to sell porn to minor's.
