Giant Van Lines Giant Moving And Storage ripoff Jessup Maryland

Giant Vanlines aka Giant Moving and Storage are the worst! They are dishonest and have lied to us from day one. We were quoted a fee half of what they charged us once the truck was loaded. They lost and damaged many of our items and refuse to reimburse us for anything.

Some of our furniture may have had a slight scratch etc. but not crushed like it came to us from their trucks! We have many items that did not show up. Antiques were damaged too.

The customer service is the biggest joke around. It is hosted by idiots with no moral obligation or souls. They lie and will say anything to get you off the phone. They are complete morons and are surely the cruelest people I personally know to promise you the stars and only damage and lose your personal belongings without any remorse.

Their website is even a bigger joke. It promises such excellent and curtious customer service... yeah right.

They also cussed at us and they unloaded items and refused to let us make any sort of checking...they could barely speak English and were waving a butcher knife around... they didn't even have a box cutter. They just dumped out stuff and ran.

we claimed $3700 in damages and losses and they are offering us $275 for housing. I only am getting this becuase I have it in writing. I was 9 months pregnant and they were a week late with our items. They came the day before my c-section and we didn't even have the baby's crib or our camera. We had to go thru tons of stuff to find it overnight.

I have not one good thing to say about this company. I just want to make them pay and if it takes forever I will keep at it. They picked the wrong family to mess with. I will get reimbursed.
