Sadly their billing is all screwed up. I'm supposed to be on the $20 a month plan since I was signed up on a promotion. Multiple times now I have been charges $20.... plus the $49.

So monthly I am paying $70 a month for this. I contacted in the past about this. No response, no refund and again this month I have been over charged.
