I RECV'D AN EMAIL STATING i WAS BEING SUED RE: AN ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN THAT I NEVER APPLIED FOR. WHEN THEY ATTEMPTED ON 6 OCCASIONS THEY FAILED TO RETRIEVE THE MONEY ($300) THEREFORE NOW I NOW OWE $11958 WHICH WOULD BE LEVIED ON ME MINUS ATTORNEY CHARGES AND BAIL CHARGES AND THE OUTSTANDING AMT OWED TO THE CLIENTS.

I HAVE PULLED BANK STATEMENTS FOR THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS AND HAVE NEVER RECV'D $300 OUT THE BLUE FOR ANYBODY EITHER. THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS AND THIS "JEFF FOSTER" ANSWERED THE PHONE HIMSELF AND SAID A FEW LINES AND HUNG UP.
