Gibson Sales Systems scam asking me to receive a check and send back a commission Internet

this is an email i received.  these emails are in reverse order from how i received them. i think it is bogus.  read them and see what you think. used fax number 206-888-2700 as a contact.

Bank name
Account information (Name, routing number etc)
Bank contact numbers (Account manager`s contact etc)
Your full address
Your contact telephone number(s)

I need these information to enable my bank expedite the payment
transfer into your account. How soon would you be able to raise an
invoice for the said amount?, i need the invoice to process all the
paper work on my side. Please forward bank details requested above and
also confirm you are able to guarantee delivery of items within the
time frame (90-120 days) you have given me.
