I sent in $900 worth of gift cards to Gift Card Castle. They say they will give you your money within 24 hours after it's recieved. It's been over a week since it was delivered to them. I used delivery confirmation for this exact reason. I've e-mailed their joke of a customer service and they have gone unanswered. Do NOT use this company. There are plenty of other gift card exchange sites...use them!
