I had seen an ad for their GiftCard.com on CNN and thought I would try it. When I set up my account with them and attempted to sell a Macy's Gift Card for $104.83 they turned around and sent me an email confirming that my PayPal account would receive $84.00, instead they debited my Bank Account $114. and change.... I contacted GiftCard.com immediately only to be told by Nicole, that their Customer Service Dept. was closed and there was nothing they could do.

I contacted my bank and had to Close My Account!

I urge anyone who is thinking of using this service to avoid it!

After many calls back to GiftCard.com and no responses, I finally received a call from the head of CS. Since filing my initial report with Ripoff Report GiftCard.com sold my gift card and still had not paid me!

After a few back and fourths with the head of CS Mr. Cribbs he offered me $120.00 for my $104.11 Gift Card of which I was to receive $84.00....a sad amount considering all my inconvenience but at least I don't EVER have to deal with them again! And NONE of my friends or ASSOCIATES  have to either!

I had made a stipulation to Mr. Cribbs that he needed to mention in his meeting with the CEO, whom he told me he met with, post all the costs, fee's, procedures, steps, plainly on their web page and not hide it in their Legal Terms!

I work with GiftCards.com and would be happy to look into this.  However, you reference Giftcard.com (with no 's') several times which is a completely different company.  We have also never had an ad on CNN.

I've sold one card to giftcards.com and it was made very clean on the last page before I confirmed my order that they would place a HOLD on my credit card until they could verify the card. The hold expired after receiving my payment and I had no issues with their service. It seem like if you would have paid attention and read what you were agreeing to you could have avoided this issue.
