On 3/31/09 I ordered charger and headphone charger for my cellphone that was "guaranteed to work". It took 6 weeks for the order to arrive and none of the items were compatible at all. I emailed seven times over the next few weeks and called requesting return authorization number. No response. I mailed the itms back to the address on the packing slip and no response.

When I call the toll free number it connects with a cellphone to a guy named "Vincent" who assures me the check is in the mail! It is now 8/16/09 and no refund.

Do not purchase anything from this company, it is a ripoff.
