I've tried to resolve this with them, but the rep was not very nice and want's me to remove negative feedback. I won't do it until I have my money returned.

How dare Emh,aka Ezra, demand ebay consumers to remove negative feedback.
That is your right on ebay.I guess it's getting a little hot at EMH aka Ezra.
Their feed back is dropping, but if you look at the far left total, it grows daily. That is so the percentage dosen't drop,and wouldn't over 1000, and growing daily scare off the ebayers. Of course.
SHAME ON YOU EMH,AKA EZRA. YOU HAVE CONTROL OF ALL YOUR FAKE POSITIVES, BUT YOU DO NOT CONTROL THE EBAY CONSUMERS,NEGATIVES.
