Girls Gone Wild Video ripoff deceptive company Ordered a couple videos and kept getting more and billed credit card Sylmar Internet
FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2
Web site seemed pretty straight forward. Pick your videos add to cart and checkout. WRONG!!!. They keep sending you videos and charge your credit card like you enrolled in a club, or something. I called them after I got the second video I didn't order and told them I didn't remember signing up for any video preview. The order form said nothing about getting more videos.
My credit card went over the limit and I was assessed the 35.00 fee. Now I've got to deal with the Credit Card company. This company should be assessed a very large fine for this practice.
