Giuffre Mazda is advertising a 2008 Mazda 3 with 20,000 miles for $9995 on AutoTrader.com. The issue is that you can not buy the car for the advertized price. You must finance or pay $11,995 for cash price.

The practice is more than misleading, it is deceptive. If the purchase price is $11,995 this is what they should advertize. If they want to advertize an amount for finance it should be a monthly payment over a given period.

Giuffre is using deceptive practices to bring customers to its location.

I got the same thing

AUTHOR: Andrew - ()

I live in the area and I read the local papers and their advertising is false.  I went there and asked for advertised price and they told me it's only when you finance with them for the super high interest rate. crooks.

Why Did You Cut Off The Bottom Of The Screen Shot?

AUTHOR: Bigcraig - (U.S.A.)

Maybe it was to hide the typical disclaimer "*The finance price shown above represents the financed balance remaining after a $2,995 cash/trade down.

They never said the price of the car was $9995, it is perfectly clear that $9995 is the amount to finance after your cash/trade down.

No Rip Off just normal car sales
