Give Back Timeshare Timeshare Closing Services Totally dishonest business Orlando, Florida

A lot of us have purchased Timeshares over the years and it seemed like a good idea at the time.  Now that we know the whole truth, it is not such a good idea.  At the very least it is expensive and becoming more expensive every year when the maintenance fee increases.
I looked on-line for Timeshare Sales help and found Giveback Timeshare.  The person I have dealt with at Giveback Timeshare has been very friendly and pleasant, that is not the problem.
The problems are these: Since the first telephone conversation the word free has never been used, even though I have been told by him that there is "good demand" for our home resort.  It would seem to me that if there is "good demand" for my unit that it should qualify for the free service.
The fee for doing all of the work to relieve me of my "headache" will only be $2995, but perhaps he can "speak to the boss to see if there is any room to move", after I mentioned that I would not likely be interested in making a change unless there was little to no expense.
I almost asked why his company would even want my 'headache' but I just chuckled to myself instead, and thought 'boy this guy thinks I'm stupid'.  As a matter of fact that's exactly what he thinks!
DO NOT give this company any money.  Call your home resort and ask some very direct questions about your ownership and what your options are.  In my case all I have to do is sign a one page document, prepared by them, stating that I relinquish my ownership to them and that they release me of all responsibilities to do with my unit.  And they will pay me the usual $1 just to make it legal.
There may not be a market for the many thousands of timeshares that people are trying to unload but that doesn't mean you have to be further penalized (victimized?) by paying thousands more when you may be able to do it for free.
