I placed an order on December 4th I got tracking on December 5th as of December 14th that tracking has not moved the tracking shows it was shipped from Florida but the post office never picked it up I have been told there's a delay in shipping so my question to them was if there is a delay in shipping.

why was I provided shipping details on December 5th it is now December 14th I do not have any product I have asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded three times and they are refusing.
