I went to Glass Cars when my car was running rough, the engine light was on and it was periodically running hot. I spent about 800 dollars to replace spark plugs and coil packs. I drove it less than five miles when the engine light came on and it was running rough. I took it back. I spent another 170 dollars and it was still running rough and, yes, the engine light was still on. I also continually needed to add coolant to the radiator. Jim, the "head mechanic" insisted on treating the radiator issue and the engine light-rough misfiring engine as two separate issues. The third time I went over there and he wanted to throw still more parts and "partial fixes" at it, I was dubious. I have since talked to at least six other mechanics and they shake their head in disbelief. It is _obvious_ to any person with an ounce of experience that I had a blown gasket. I can get the situation addressed for about 3,000 dollars total. Too bad I wasted a thousand dollars with Glass Cars. Jim is also surly, rude and one of the most unpleasant people I've ever met. He engages in childish behavior such as slamming my car key on his desk, etc. 

Glass Cars is the _worst_ car repair place I've ever encountered. I would trust the dealership any day over this place. It is bad news. I told him I knew I'd been "taken" and he made no effort to make amends. Next stop: the Better Business Bureau. Jim and Glass Cars richly deserve a negative report. 

Google: "misfiring" + "losing coolant" and it's a no-brainer that spark plugs and coil packs won't fix this issue. He said he "couldn't see any leaks." That is because the problem is _inside_ the engine. He is a moron. And a liar and a cheat. There's more but he has exhausted me. Don't go there and spread the word.
