Glass Queen The Glass Queen is a Rip Off Queen Malibu California

 I placed an order for new shower doors with the Glass Queen in Malibu, CA on December 3rd, 2013. After paying her $840 to get the products ordered, it went down hill from there. Four months have gone by and still no shower doors. It has been one excuse after another each time I call and that's when she answers the phone. I had some family members visit her to get the money back. She was highly confrontational and actually walked out, got in her car and left. All we wanted was the money back. Interesting, why would someone do that if they weren't trying to hide something? I would not recommend this person for any work. Find a real contractor with some business ethics.
