On 9/3/15 at 5:13:18 $29.95 was taken out of my account and on 10/1/15 at 6:18:33 $29.95 was taken out of my account. I did not authorize either transaction. I would like to have my money back.

I called 855-421-9615 and got a full refund from them. No push back, they just gave it to me.
I think calling them is probably the best way for you to get your refund.
