 Were you doing business with PayPal at the time? In starting to think this is connected to PayPal, who has defrauded me out thousands of dollars at this point. But in July, I had the same charge come up on my PayPal account.

 How did they get your account number? Are you sure you didn't agree to some sort of service? You do know if you have a valid case you can call your bank and put this into contest even with a debit card.
