Glenn Sutherland was recommended to us by Sun Realty to do construction work on our beach home. The first job he did was completed to satisfaction. The second job (building a walk-way) was not even started after we wrote him a check for $400.00. After many years, we were able to collect $200.00 of the $400.00, but after numerous phone calls and promises by him to repay the balance, he has never complied. This man promised to repay the money and has just refused to even return phone calls.

All the real estate companies in Nags Head and the surrounding areas sould be aware that this individual will take their money and run and not give it a second thought. His excuses are many and everyone should know how underhanded he is. We trusted him since he had done work for us in the past and we got shafted but good!! No one should ever consider hiring this person to do anything, unless they pay him after the job is completed. It's a sin to let someone like this call himself respectable.
