Glen Welt sells the program and once you change your hard drive or need to re-install for any reason, the progarm install keys that you pay for wont work. Glen welt demands money or you loose all your customers banking information. I fell victim to paying to get access to my customers banking info once and than dumbed this Sofware for good! This is the worst customer care business I have ever delt with. Thank God Most of my customers have check cards now if not full credit cards.
Any off the shelf software is a better deal as your customers info is not at risk in Glens Software.

Years after this customer purchased ChecksNet Software he contacted us for free support and expected us to give him a free copy of the latest version. Need I say any more.

1. ChecksNet install passwords do not change. The software can be reinstalled on a new ccomputer if the licensee has the password.
2. We provide free tech support including replacement password to licensed users.
3. For the protection of customer bank information, we do not provide replacement software or passwords to unlicensed users.
4. We show no record of ever having licensed ChecksNet to someone named Steven in Anthem, Arizona.
5. ChecksNet is used by banks, credit unions, law enforcement agencies & businesses around the world.
6. If any of what this Steven person says were true, do you think this would be the only such complaint anywhere on the web since we started business in 1995?
