Won't stand behind his workmanship, they don't know how to flash the windows, 1 sliding door leaked and your not going to beleive this the other sliding door in the basement wasn't even attached! it fell inward one day, we had to fix on our own even before the 1 year warrany was up, they said there was nothing wrong and told us to fix the it ourselves, it was right after we first moved in, never put the cerimac on the face of our fireplace, we paid over $500. they said they weren't responsible for it because we already purchased the house, but it was on our list of stuff that came with the house. the people they send out to fix things are rediculas, i can do a better job myself with no experience, it's like their trying to punish you for calling to fix something, and the painters ha ha ha wow i never!!! don't call to have painting fixed! you'll be sorry you did, one of the painters fell a sleep on my couch and him and the other one all they did was take ciggerete breaks every 5 min. no joke, never seen anything like it. And the tray ceiling looked warped all over, didn't notice it when we bought the house untill your lying in bed, and the guy that came out to fix it, obviously didn't know what to do, i had to tell him how to do it. God forbid if you try to go down in price just a little bit the builder will take things away. Just all around crooked!
