 I purchased a waist trimmer on their website online on April 2, 2017. I emailed them several times, and I called them several times. No one has called or returned my email. It is May 21, 2017 and I still have no product. The shipping states that the tracking number is not registered. I'm not understanding why this.

I also purchased a waist trimmer on April 21st and still no product.  I have contacted them multiple times and no one has even gotten back to me.  I'm going to do a chargeback on my account to get my money back on this product.  What a disappointment on their customer service and responding back to their customers.
