First of all this owner had a website that was working just fine and then they had server problems. Then it took awhile for the owner to get a new website up and running. I bought my product and was not satisfied with the shipping time that was promised as it was supposed to be 1-2days for me to get my product. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get it. When I did receive my product it wasn't what I ordered. Following up on Facebook the owner is claiming it was a 3rd party that is scamming everybody. But come to find out the person the owner said was scamming them posted pictures with proof that they weren't. Shortly afterwards the owner removed the posts. This owner cannot be trusted and has horrible business ethics. I would not buy from this company ever again.

This Company Was No Longer In Business

AUTHOR: JCollins - ()

POSTED: Saturday, April 13, 2013

In addition to setting the record straight. There were absolutely no orders after the beginning of May, and my company closed at the beginning of June, so I am unsure why it took over two months for this complaint to be filed, when you state that you received the product after two weeks. There was one woman on Facebook that posted a nasty message about not receiving her "Product on time", but this woman was on her 5th request for a "free sample" that was offered. It was limited to "one free sample" per customer, also, it was stated that if the sample that was requested was on backorder, a sample would be sent in its place. There were no guarantee which color would be sent.

The issue at hand is that of free samples.

I started the company out offering one free sample to new customers--and this was taken advantage of to the extent of an inappropriate level. All orders were taken care as I was given them. Any orders that were mand were not promised in 1-2 days--that would have been impossible to do through the USPS given where you lived. Because this was a small business, there was a 1-2 day "processing time" anything "beyond" the 1-2 day "processing time" was more than compensated for any inconvience that the delay may have caused. I think a little understanding should be given when this was a "free" sample!

Although, I do not believe that this is a discruntled customers review--but that as of a disgruntled ex-employee with whom was fired for "order fraud" and had been investigated by the police for taking over my website, and accepted orders just to ruin my good name because he thought that he could take my company away and make it his own. This person is a scam artist who would rather have his wife work while he sits at home ripping decent people off. He also redirected my website to that of a porn site and I have plenty of police documentation to support all of these claims.

This company has since closed because of this ex-employee's actions. Furthermore, my website was attached to Pretty Ugly Boutique with whom my company is not affiliated with in any regards. I also have all of the Facebook paperwork and print outs and the emails from this "disgruntled" employee stating that he took down the website, redirected it to a porn site, and then set up the website again and attached it to that of Pretty Ugly's Website. This J. Owen had full access to the website, and Facebook, he was in charge of orders. Again, product that was "bought" wasn't "bought" it was a free sample--all of the "paying" customers received their product just fine.

I think a little understanding should be given when this was a "free" sample!

The pictures of the post on Facebook that this "disgruntled employee" put on there were of an account that he had full control of. This disgruntled employee with whom was fired for "order fraud" and had been investigated by the police for taking over my website, and accepted orders just to ruin my good name because he thought that he could take my company away and make it his own. This person is a scam artist redirected my website to that of a porn site and I have plenty of police documentation to support all of these claims.

This company has since closed because of this ex-employee's actions. I did not enjoy making my product after this horrible experience. Furthermore, my website was attached to Pretty Ugly Boutique with whom purchased my whole supply of product, and all rights to my product, and the product formulas.

I also have all of the Facebook paperwork and print outs and the emails from this "disgruntled" employee stating that he was the culprit in all of the negative actions within the company, and that he took down the website, redirected it to a porn site, and then set up the website again and attached it to that of Pretty Ugly's Website. This ex-employee had the only full access to the website, since he was the website designer and the Vice-President in charge of the entire website, he had was on the Facebook page and posted daily to the Facebook page, he was in charge of all orders. Again, product that was "bought" as a "paying" customers had received their orders. The only people that were denied product were those who had abused the "one free sample" offer because they had already received the "free sample" before, and were asking for more.

The refusal of an additional "free sample" for those who had already received the one "free sample" was by the VP or orders, there was only two customers that made this an issue, and that is when I made the determination to send them additional "free samples"...so to rip someone off, that person actually needs to purchase product...not a free sample offer by asking for 15 or more samples. So, you may say whatever you wish, but I have plenty of documentation supporting all that I have said. If you would like to give your name, then I will post pictures of your "free sample" being sent out to you, on time, and then I will post a picture of your second request of additional "free sample" I do have print outs of the entire order history of all "sales", and all "sample" request.
