 Made false claims. Charged more fees than stated. Did not pay off debts as agreed. Only paid $3,950 of $13,000 debt. Paid them $10,595.52 and they kept $6,645.52 for fees. Monthly fees included: $100 retainer fee, $110.04 Service fee, $50 Administration fee, $10.25 Service charge. These charges were applied every month for 36 months.
