 This place is literally a Joke! They had to change the name of the "company" from "Global Contact Solutions" to "United Health response" because they had sooo many class action lawsuits against them. The supervisor Brian is a little narcissistic power tripped young boy who clearly knows nothing about managing or supervising. He was put in charge of opening up the dirty office every morning. He was often late so employees had to wait for him in the cold.

They lie to you when you start promising prizes and incentives and good pay but it's all a scam the same way they scam their customers. They are a 3rd party call center that does Sales,customer retention and service for various sketchy weight loss products, male enhancement supplements, anti-aging Face Creams etc They get customers to sign up for "Free Trials" for a small shipping fee.

They don't make the terms of service apparent on the site so customers typically are unaware that they are supposed to cancel their subscriptions to avoid being billed further. They call customer service SUPER Irate and we are supposed to get them to keep their subscriptions by offering free products, billing extensions and discounts. But understandably 99% of these people just want their money back since the products are targeted to a certain demographic like Older people on fixed incomes.

We were instructed to issue refunds when customers threatened to contact their banks, State AGs,FTC,BBB etc. you had to "negotiate" using the "Refund Tree" starting at a 25% partial refund if customer doesn't agree you go to 50% then a full refund if the customer is smart enough to decline the partial refunds. Their attendance line was constantly down.

When you called in sick they wouldn't get the message and have the nerve to write you up for NCNS smh They appointed a new co worker "supervisor" every other month and then demote them LOL how unprofessional. And right before I left The supervisors had to vacuum the office and take out the trash everyday before they leave for the day being the "Company" is too cheap to hire a janitor.

Don't get me started on the chairs and cubicles. Justus is a manager there too. Just an airhead so I won't waste my time touching on him. DONT apply. There are better places to work that actually treat their employees with respect ...oh and they don't offer direct deposit. A few people tried to cash their paycheck and it bounced! Due to insufficient funds. Beware of these scammers surprised they are still in business.
