interne popup requesting people to trail facecrean, for cost of pp. then charged my account for £77.00.saying i didnt read t&c correctly, ihad 14dys to cancel or would be charged monthly for 12mths for product that has no instructions in it, no followup questionaire.no sence out of customer support person, except t parrot phrase in broken english, we cannot do any thing, you didnt follow or read t&c correctly and they are not allowed to give out name of pesons who own the company.
