I ordered an item on 8th August 2017 and made payment. No item was delivered and using the 'track order' facility only ever returned an 'Item not yet despatched'. I tried emailing but received no response. Now the track order facility returns an 'Whoops, we can't find that page'.

The Live chat function doesn't work, this is clearly a scam company. Be warned.
