In good faith I ordered they cashed my checked but I have not recieved my product as of yet 2 months later.

I have had the same problem to. But when i did some researche i found on my recept they sent me in my email there is another website link (natural-herbal.com) i visited this site and found a different phone number. I called it and to my suprise someone answered. She informed me that due to problems with USPS losing packages they have switched to fedex. She also was able to tell me when my order was shipped and when i should recieve it. THE NUMBER IS:(609)407-0005

Your problem is new news to me. You can simply file the lost package form on our website, and I would be happy to assist you. Infact, it would be quite a simple process. You just need to fax me a copy of your cashed money order, and if your package was lost via the postal service, I will replace it, no questions asked. You just need to inform me of it, so I can assist you :) We ship fedex now, after the postal service lost quite a bit of packages during the 2 hurricanes of last summer. im sorry for the crude title of this message. but well, i stand by it. if you run an internet company right, even with unsatisfied customers, you don't get into ripoffreport. the customer service does really suck. haven't gotten an email one time. i'm baffled that people like that can walk around, even respond to people that have been duped here... don't buy his cheap excuses. if anything is sent, look at the other testimonials: waiting two months and still waiting, see, a REAL company does NOT do that.
a real company has a WORKING telephonenumber
a real company isn't in a motel or parkinglot.

that he actually has the guts to react on these messages, dismissing them as nonsense...
