The account maanger assigned for my account was probably the worst employee on board Global Payments! He used abusive language and did not feel it was important to respond to or acknowledge our business mails. I registered my protest with the customer care department. Meanwhile all emails from Global Payments were being sent to another id and we weren’t receiving any important communication. This is the height of in efficiency and a breach of privacy.
